The project will enhance healthcare in the Palm Beach Gardens area.
Turner Construction Company celebrated a major construction milestone on the Universal Health Services Alan B. Miller Medical Center project in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The team held a topping out ceremony to mark the end of vertical construction. The project will increase healthcare access in the area with the addition of a new hospital.
This project will add a state-of-the-art 432,000-square-foot hospital with two podium levels and five patient floors. Each floor will house five distinct patient units, accommodating 30 beds each. The facility will include 150 private patient rooms, a separate future medical office building, and a helistop to expedite emergency care. Departments and support services include admissions, administration, food services, surgical services, imaging, emergency department, central plant, and other ancillary support spaces.
“We are proud to reach this milestone in constructing the Alan B. Miller Medical Center, a facility that will enhance healthcare access for the community of Palm Beach Gardens,” said Christian Jahrling, Vice President and General Manager, Turner Construction Company. “This project exemplifies our commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered facilities, combining advanced healthcare infrastructure with thoughtful design to serve residents’ needs for years to come. We’re honored to collaborate with Universal Health Services to bring this vision to life.”
Scheduled for completion in 2026, the Alan B. Miller Medical Center will soon offer expanded access to high-quality medical care for residents of Palm Beach Gardens and nearby communities.
