Jupiter Medical Park West: 1004 South Dixie Highway, Jupiter, FL
The Portfolio is highly visible and prominently located in a dense medical cluster or adjacent to hospital campuses affiliated with leading healthcare systems, Baptist Health and Jupiter Medical Center. The portfolio is a collection of best-in-class outpatient medical buildings in the highly desired, growth markets of Boca Raton and Jupiter, Florida.
The Portfolio is 98% leased and anchored by Baptist Health and Jupiter Medical Center. The remainder of the portfolio consists of leading physician groups and independent healthcare service providers.
The portfolio was acquired from a publicly traded real estate investment trust for $54,556,000. Financing for the acquisition was provided by Capital One.

- Jupiter Medical Park West: 1004 South Dixie Highway, Jupiter, FL
- Jupiter Medical Center Plaza: 1025 Military Trail, Jupiter, FL
- 1905 Medical Center: 1905 Clint Moore Road, Boca Raton, FL
The acquisition was made through AW’s Medical Office Fund IV, a $300 million fully discretionary core-plus fund targeting medical office buildings in favorable markets across the Southeast United States. Fund IV has previously acquired 1.1 million square feet of medical office buildings in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia and is actively seeking additional investment opportunities.
