But Revista says cap rates declined slightly and project completions were up

It’s the news we’ve all been waiting for, but it appears we’ll need to wait a bit longer.
Despite anecdotal observations from numerous medical outpatient building (MOB) sales professionals suggesting that activity is picking up, the third quarter (Q3) volume does not bear that out – at least, not just yet.
During Revista’s Q3 Subscriber Webcast last Tuesday, Oct. 22, the firm’s Stephen Lindsey, research analyst, presented data showing that the MOB sales volume for the most recent quarter remained somewhat lethargic, at least when compared to the “go-go” years leading up to the COVID-19 pandemic and then the record-setting year of 2022.
