Fishers, Indiana – October 14, 2024 – Berkadia announced today the sale of Meadow Brook Senior Living, a 92-unit assisted living and memory care community in Fishers, Indiana, 15 miles northeast of Downtown Indianapolis. Managing Directors Cody Tremper, Dave Fasano, Ross Sanders, and Mike Garbers of Berkadia Seniors Housing & Healthcare led the transaction on behalf of the seller, S-K Fishers, LLC, an entity managed by the principals of SRC, LLC. The community sold on October 2.
Berkadia ran a competitive marketing process that generated multiple motivated offers. A long-time owner of senior living communities was ultimately selected as the buyer due to their proposed pricing and deal structure. Traditions Management will continue to manage the community.
The property achieved consistently high occupancy, averaging 95% occupancy over the past year. Built in 2014, Meadow Brook is a well-maintained asset with high quality construction, finishes, and furnishings.
