CEO Chad Henderson says sector veteran will help the firm get to ‘the next level’

Ever since its founding in 2011, Pensacola-based Catalyst Healthcare Real Estate has continued to grow “organically” and at its own pace, according to Chad Henderson, founder, CEO and managing partner of the firm that acquires and manages healthcare facilities but is mostly focused on development.
Even so, Mr. Henderson tells HREI that its newest hire will help take the company to the “next level” of not only development and development expertise, but also in terms of “capital, personnel, execution of projects, relationships within the healthcare sector – and how all of this is interwoven into our organization.”
As far as Mr. Henderson is concerned, the hiring of Eric Fischer to lead its development division “checks all of those boxes.”
Until recently Mr. Fischer led Dallas-based Trammell Crow Company’s (TCC) MidAtlantic health and life sciences development team, which is currently working on a number of large projects, including the 1.6 million square foot Labs at Belward in Shady Grove, Md., the 1 million square foot McMillan Center for Innovation in Washington, D.C., and a number of other projects.
