In his elevated role, Stecker will lead business development efforts to further enhance Ryan’s diverse healthcare construction portfolio and sector-specific markets.
With over 35 years of industry experience, Stecker brings extensive knowledge and hands-on expertise from managing healthcare and senior living projects. His deep understanding of the sector enables him to deliver tailored solutions and foster strong client relationships. Stecker’s transparent and authentic approach has been instrumental in collaborating with leadership to build new client connections and sustain executive-level customer relations.
Stecker will focus on identifying and pursuing healthcare third-party construction projects across the nation. His strategic approach aims to forge long-term partnerships and develop patient-focused facilities that align with clients’ needs. By leveraging his background, Stecker serves as a dedicated project partner, guiding owners and executives through comprehensive decisions related to land, design, construction, financing, and operations.
Stecker joined Ryan in 2014 and is a member of the American Society of Healthcare Engineers (ASHE).
