Feature Story: MOB sales remained slow in Q2, at $1.9 billion

However, occupancies and demand remain high, Revista says

Recently, a growing number of professionals involved in the medical outpatient building (MOB) transaction market have been saying that they are seeing signs that the market is picking up, or indications that it will pick up in the not-too-distant future.

Yet, for now, statistics do not necessarily bear this out.

According to the most recent statistics from Arnold, Md.-based Revista and its RevistaMed service, which compiles and distributes a wide array of healthcare real estate (HRE) and MOB data to its subscribers, the MOB sales volume remained quite flat in the second quarter (Q2).
