Ridgeway Medical Campus in Greece, N.Y., is the largest facility in the 37-property portfolio acquired by Remedy Medical Properties and Kayne Anderson Real Estate. The 120,000-square-foot multispecialty outpatient medical center is 100 percent leased to Rochester Regional Health.

Chicago, May 6, 2024 – BMO’s Healthcare Real Estate group announces that it closed a $175,600,000 acquisition loan for a joint venture led by Kayne Anderson Real Estate and managed by Remedy Medical Properties. The BMO loan provided financing for the acquisition of a 37-property medical office portfolio totaling approximately 700,000 square feet across 13 states with concentrations in New York, Indiana, Wisconsin, Florida, North Carolina, Texas, Illinois, Washington, and Virginia. The portfolio is 100% leased to over 40 tenants with uses spanning the acuity spectrum, ranging from multi-specialty clinics, ambulatory surgery centers, imaging centers, cancer centers and in-patient rehab facilities. Loan proceeds include capital allocated for future leasing and value enhancement.
