News Release: Cushman & Wakefield Arranges $3.45M Sale of 9642 Lake Nona Village Place

ORLANDO, Florida, May 03, 2024 – Cushman & Wakefield announced the commercial real estate services firm has arranged the $3,450,000 sale of 9642 Lake Nona Village Place, a 6,582-square-foot Class A medical office building in Orlando, Florida.

Anne Spencer and Angela Flint of Cushman & Wakefield’s Florida Healthcare Advisory Practice represented the seller, a private investor group named Nona Medical Building, LLC, in the transaction. The medical office building was acquired by private investor DW Lake Nona.

“Selling our building in Lake Nona couldn’t have been better thanks to working closely with Anne and her team who were instrumental in making the deal happen and consistently deliver successful outcomes. Through their strategic approach, we had multiple interested buyers, resulting in a record-high sales price that exceeded initial expectations,” said Dr. Anne-Marie Jones, MD, who is part of the Nona Medical Building, LLC private investor group.

“Very rarely does commercial real estate trade in Lake Nona, especially medical. This deal was unique in that the building generated significant interest and resulted in multiple bids that allowed the seller to close on a near record setting sale price,” said Spencer, Director for Cushman & Wakefield’s Florida Healthcare Advisory Practice.

9642 Lake Nona Village Place is fully occupied by a national women’s health physician group that is experiencing tremendous growth with more than 100 outpatient locations across Florida.

The medical office building is also located within Lake Nona, which is a 17-square-mile master-designed community in the City of Orlando and just southeast of the Orlando International Airport. Developed by Tavistock Development, Lake Nona ranks above the fast-growing, bestselling communities in America.
