Transactions: Remedy-Kayne JV lands the biggest deal of 2024 so far

Partners pay $251.7 million for fully leased, 37-facility portfolio sold by Broadstone

As HREI has reported in recent weeks, the longstanding joint venture (JV) partnership of Remedy Medical Properties and Kayne Anderson Real Estate has acquired several medical outpatient building (MOB) assets from Broadstone Net Lease Inc. (NYSE: BNL).

As we also noted, Victor, N.Y.-based Broadstone announced in an April 3 news release that it had sold 37 MOBs for a total of $251.7 million.

Naturally, we wondered how many of those properties had been acquired by Chicago-based Remedy and Boca Raton, Fla.-based Kayne Anderson. The answer?

All of them.
