News Release: Physician Group Celebrates the Groundbreaking of a 60,000 Square-Foot Medical Office Building in Cypress, Texas

Exponential growth in Cypress drives demand for quality healthcare. The new, three-story, 60,000-square-foot multi-disciplinary medical office building is the first phase of the 30- acre Grand Cypress Medical Pavilions.

HOUSTON, TX – April 26, 2024 – Dr. Kim Keller, a prominent General Surgeon in Houston and CEO of North Cypress Land Ventures LLC (NCLV), a physician investor group, recently celebrated the groundbreaking of the first phase of Grand Cypress Medical Pavilions located on a 30-acre tract at the northeast corner of the Grand Parkway and Highway 290.

The three-story, 60,000-square-foot multi-disciplinary medical office building will feature a state-of-the-art endoscopy surgery center spanning over 12,000 square feet. Most of the building’s space has already been leased, with anchor tenants including Keller Surgical Specialists, GastroDoxs, and USPI/Memorial Hermann Hospital Systems. Limited space is still available.

Dr. Keller was joined at the groundbreaking ceremony for Grand Cypress Doctors Pavilion One by the building investors and the contracted companies involved in bringing this project to fruition. These included Dr. Bharat Pothuri (General Partner and CEO of GastroDoxs), Alexander Keller (Project Consultant), Mark Jang (Consultant), Dr. Kumaran Sathyamoorthy (NCLV Board Member), Willie Stokes (Davis Stokes Collaborative Architects), Chip Stokes (General Contractor, CONAR), Dan Lang (Houston
Guaranty Bank & Trust) and other physicians and contractors.

Alexander Keller, Dr. Bharat Pothuri, Dr. Kim Keller, Willie Stokes, and Mark Jang celebrated the groundbreaking of Grand Cypress Doctors Pavilion One, the first phase of Grand Cypress Medical Pavilions.

The building’s architectural design is credited to award-winning architect Willie Stokes of Davis Stokes Collaborative Architects, P .C., based in Brentwood, Tennessee. With a portfolio of more than 900 professional buildings across the U.S., Davis Stokes Collaborative Architects is renowned for its creative design solutions.

Dr. Keller said, “I have worked with Willie Stokes for many years, including building North Cypress Medical Center and, most recently, a medical office building and surgery center Willie designed, which won an award in 2022 for Best Design nationally . Willie promised this would be his best work ever, and I am excited to work with him again.”

The construction project for Grand Cypress Doctors Pavilion One has been awarded to CONAR Building Group, also based in Brentwood, Tennessee. The completion of the first medical building is anticipated by June 2025.

Dr. Keller remains on the Board of HCA Houston Healthcare North Cypress.
