Transactions: Remedy buys Rochester, N.Y., area MOB for $43 million

Broadstone Net Lease sold the 119,983 s.f. facility in the suburb of Greece, N.Y.

GREECE, N.Y. – An affiliate of Chicago-based Remedy Medical Properties has acquired a four-story, 119,983 square foot MOB in the Rochester, N.Y., suburb of Greece from Broadstone Net Lease (NYSE: BNL) for $43 million. That’s according to a deed recorded last Wednesday, April 3, with the Monroe County, N.Y., County Clerk’s office.

Greece 2655 MP RK6 LLC acquired the single-tenant, “Class A” Unity at Ridgeway property on 17.8 acres at 2655 Ridgeway Ave. from Broadstone affiliate Unity Ridgeway LLC. Remedy received a loan of about $35 million from BMO Bank NA (NYSE: BMO) in conjunction with the deal, county records show.
