News Release: Vanbarton Healthcare Group and Tramview Capital Management Acquire Campus-adjacent Medical Building in Atlanta Metro

NEW YORK, New York (March 19, 2024) – The healthcare division of Vanbarton Group recently completed the acquisition of a campus-adjacent medical office building in Decatur, Georgia. The 11,055 square foot property is leased to Resurgens Orthopaedics, the largest privately held orthopedic practice in Georgia. The building was completely renovated in 2023 as clinical medical space that includes physical therapy and imaging facilities.

Vanbarton Principal Steve Leathers said, “The strategic, fee simple location directly across the street from Emory Decatur Hospital ideally suits the tenant as a long-term location to provide outpatient services.” Steve notes “This property features an above-market parking ratio, very pleasing aesthetics, and is situated along a highly trafficked thoroughfare.”

This marks the ninth property acquired by Vanbarton’s healthcare team and their joint venture partner, Tramview Capital Management, who continue to seek new opportunities. Rob Davies, Managing Partner of Tramview Capital Management noted, “The difficult to replicate infill location in the heart of an upscale corridor in the Atlanta suburbs coupled with strong tenancy represent consistent themes within our portfolio of medical office buildings.”
