Located at 595 Hurricane Shoals Road within the medical cluster surrounding Northside Gwinnett Hospital, this development will create a multi specialty outpatient campus serving the high growth community. The facility will be designed with the patient’s comfort and convenience in mind with spacious waiting areas, ample parking, and easy accessibility. With a focus on women and children, prominent tenancy includes The Women’s Group of Gwinnett, a local physician practice providing OB / GYN care, and US Fertility, a nationwide network of physician owned fertility clinics. Complementary tenancy at the adjacent building includes Northside Health, Fresenius Medical Care, Georgia Nephrology, Palmetto Infusion, Amedisys Home Health, and Gwinnett Pediatrics, continuing the strong alignment between Anchor, local and regional healthcare providers, and the neighboring hospital.
