Kretowicz is a trusted adviser and a national specialist in the healthcare sector of investment real estate. She brings 30 years of expertise in commercial real estate, with the past 10 years exclusively focused on developing and executing real estate strategies for healthcare owners and occupier clients.
Kretowicz works with health systems, hospitals, physician groups, investors and developers to provide strategic guidance and transactional services for acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and sale/leasebacks.

Kim Kretowicz’s appointment aligns with WCRE’s continuing expansion in the region, marked by the addition of numerous seasoned brokers and increased activity in the Central, Northern New Jersey, and New York markets. She will collaborate closely with Eric Grad, Managing Principal of WCRE’s New York office, as part of the firm’s growth strategy in the New York and Central and Northern New Jersey expansion.

Prior to joining Wolf Commercial Real Estate, Kretowicz served as Senior Vice President, Healthcare Fellow within Colliers International National Healthcare Services Group (HCS) and was a member of Colliers National Capital Markets Group. She specialized in Medical Office (MOB) acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and physician sale/leasebacks. Kretowicz’s industry recognition includes being nominated as a 2022 Globe Street Influencer in Healthcare and being awarded the 2024 Top 24 Women in Real Estate Private Equity by Kayo Conference Series.
