Jim Medendorp’s extensive career includes pivotal roles at Saint Francis Health System, The Innova Group, Kaufman Hall & Associates, and Wellspring Partners/Huron Consulting. In his recent independent consulting work, he collaborated with prestigious academic medical centers globally, spearheading strategic and financial planning efforts and pioneering business development strategies.

In addition, Jim has spoken and published on a variety of topics regarding strategy, operational efficiency, revenue diversification, and facility planning and deployment, further demonstrating his dedication to advancing the healthcare industry.
