Fairfield Advisors announced that it has facilitated the sale of the Central Medical Plaza in Coral Springs, FL outside of Ft. Lauderdale. The Medical Building is 50,700 square feet and was built in 1990. It is a multi-tenant MOB located in close proximity to the Broward County Health Hospital. The anchor tenants in building include Broward Health, Nicklaus Children’s Hospital and Sawgrass Pediatrics. The Fairfield advisory team was lead by Ben Whitney and Greg Trainor
