[Greenfield, WI] – Representatives from Cobalt Partners, Hammes, RINKA+ and CG Schmidt gathered Thursday to celebrate the opening of the Loomis Crossing medical office building. The new, 40,000 square foot medical office building provides multi-tenant space within the mixed-use Loomis Crossing complex located off Interstate 894 at the intersection of Layton Avenue and Loomis Road.

The building offers medical providers a state-of-the-art facility and a prominent location with freeway visibility and accessibility along the heavily trafficked arterial streets of Loomis Road and Layton Avenue. Accessible for patients coming from Greenfield, Oak Creek, Franklin, West Allis, New Berlin and the south side of Milwaukee, two tenants have already taken occupancy, and availability exists to accommodate two to five additional tenants.

“The Loomis Crossing medical office building fulfills a growing demand for accessible and high-quality healthcare in the City of Greenfield,” Scott Yauck, CEO of Cobalt Partners. “Both physician groups and residents in and around the area will benefit from the office’s prime location and proximity to Loomis Crossing’s many other amenities.”

The medical office building is one of the first facilities to be completed at Loomis Crossing. Other developments within Loomis Crossing includes luxury apartments, a business park, a skatepark and greenspace.
