The Professional Building I is an on-campus four story, 44,045 square foot medical office building. The property is prominently located at the entrance to the White Rock Medical Center campus. The building is 94% leased to a diverse roster of healthcare providers including Ob/Gyn, primary care, internal medicine, bariatrics, neurology, pediatrics, dental, optometry, lab, and pharmacy.
