News Release: CBRE Hires Capital Markets Expert Jeff Hodson in Seattle

CBRE announced today that Jeff Hodson has joined CBRE Capital Markets as a First Vice President, joining the Pacific Northwest Capital Markets team led by Charles Safley and Tom Pehl. Together the team will continue to expand their regional commercial real estate investment sales practice focused on office, flex, life science, and land transactions.

Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Hodson served as a Managing Director at Newmark on its Pacific Northwest Capital Markets team. After accepting a partnership role in 2020, Mr. Hodson directly closed over $2 billion of office, life science, flex, and industrial investment sales. Prior to Newmark, Mr. Hodson worked at HFF in Portland, OR as a Senior Analyst where he assisted with office, industrial, and retail transactions in the Pacific Northwest.
