Meadows & Ohly partners with AdventHealth on the 12-story Innovation Tower

Meadows & Ohly developed the 12-story, 326,000 square foot Innovation Tower in partnership with AdventHealth and physicians in the building. The facility began opening in Orlando, Fla., in late 2022 and provides a wide range of services and research. It is part of AdventHealth’s 172-acre Health Village near the city’s downtown and includes a freestanding emergency department, a surgery center, research facilities and an imaging center. For healthcare real estate (HRE) firms, the chance to develop a large outpatient facility that will help a health system define its presence on a major campus might only come along once in decades, if at all.
