News Release: Ribbon cutting set for MLH addition

PUBLISHED SEPTEMBER 19, 2023

Mary Lanning Healthcare is celebrating the completion of its Medical Office Building (MOB) with a ribbon cutting on September 26.

The ceremony will take place at 1:30 p.m. on the south side of the MOB, 715 N. Kansas Avenue.

The MOB project, which broke ground in October 2021, added 64,803 square feet to the 63,957-square-foot building. The Bryan College of Health Sciences has already moved in to the Third Floor, while plans call for Hastings Family Care to move from the Crosier Park Professional Center to the Second Floor of the MOB in October.

In December, Hastings Orthopaedics plans to relocate to the new building. Hastings Pulmonary & Sleep Clinic will change locations within the building in late October but other clinics/services will remain in the same locations. Other businesses/services located in the MOB include Central Nebraska General Surgery, Central Nebraska Kidney Care, the MLH Wound Center, Bryan Heart — Mary Lanning Cardiology, MLH Diabetes Program, MLH Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation, the MLH Education Department and School of Radiologic Technology.

The Bryan College of Health Sciences now occupies the Third Floor of the addition. Bryan and Hastings College have worked together to raise money for the program, and have partnered so students can take courses at Hastings College and at Bryan in the MOB on the Mary Lanning Healthcare campus.

Other MLH clinics and services in Hastings, including Central Nebraska Urology, The Lanning Center for Behavioral Services and Hastings Imaging Center, remain in their current locations.
