PENSACOLA, FL – Catalyst Healthcare Real Estate (“Catalyst”), a full-service healthcare real estate investment firm, and Bain Capital Real Estate (“Bain Capital”), the real estate investing business of Bain Capital, are excited to announce the completion of PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Tavares.
Together, Catalyst and PAM Health have completed the construction of their second inpatient rehabilitation hospital (IRH). The newly constructed IRH has been strategically placed to receive patient referrals from one of the seven hospitals located within a 25-mile radius.
“Since 2020, the population in the Tavares area has exploded by more than 90 percent,” stated Anthony Misitano, Founder, Chairman, and CEO of PAM Health. “The need for quality inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services will continue to grow, and residents deserve to have a respected and experienced healthcare partner who can meet their needs.”
This single-story IRH features 42 beds, along with inpatient & outpatient rehabilitation services available on-site. Patients will benefit from occupational, physical, and speech therapy, as well as a mobility garden to help facilitate their recovery.

The IRH has been strategically positioned to provide direct access to the residents of Tavares and surrounding communities. This location was selected to cater to the rising demand for healthcare services and to further reinforce PAM Health’s significant presence in the healthcare industry.
