Transwestern Provides Leasing Services for Former Landry Tower
(APRIL. 12, 2023 – DALLAS) – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces the recently renovated and rebranded 411 N. Washington Ave., formerly known as Landry Tower, leased more than 50,000 square feet in recent months, with four new tenants committing to the building. Notable leases and expansions include Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation, Epiphany Dermatology, Dallas Nephrology Associates, Midwife + Co, and Texas Spine Care Center. Transwestern’s Chris Lipscomb and Laney Delin provide Agency Leasing services on behalf of the building owner, Healthcare Realty (NYSE: HR).
“This newly renovated Class A medical office building is at the center of health and fitness in Dallas’ most vibrant neighborhood,” said Lipscomb. “Minutes from downtown and uptown, healthcare providers are realizing the tremendous growth in patient demand for services in the area, primarily due to a surge in population growth in Deep Ellum, Uptown and along Ross Ave. We are excited for these tenants to move into 411 N. Washington and serve the community.”
The building completed approximately $9 million in renovations in 2022, including a new 51,000-square-foot state-of-the-art Cowboys Fit fitness facility. Global design firm Perkins+Will designed the building renovations.
The building offers convenient access to a nearby medical center campus and features free covered patient drop-off and pick-up areas. In addition to 411 N. Washington, Healthcare Realty owns more than 720 properties throughout the United States.
