Northwestern Medicine Evanston MOB is a 22,467 SF building primarily leased by Northwestern Medicine, which recently extended their lease term to 2032 and expanded their footprint by 3,826 SF absorbing two previous retail spaces on the first floor. Northwestern Medicine’s lease is fully guaranteed by Northwestern Memorial Hospital, a wholly owned subsidiary of S&P AA+ rated Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, and this location provides hand, spine, orthopaedics/sports medicine, outpatient rehabilitation, mammography, MRI, and diagnostic imaging services. 

Church Street Plaza is well-located within historic downtown Evanston, located just a few hundred feet from two major railway stops, each with over 3,000 passengers per day. Two bus stops are nearby and the prestigious Northwestern University, home to over 30,000 students and faculty, is just half a mile away.
