PENSACOLA, FLCatalyst Healthcare Real Estate (Catalyst), a full-service healthcare real estate investment firm, andBain Capital Real Estate, the real estate investing business of Bain Capital, celebrate the completion of PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Georgetown.

“We are proud to partner with PAM Health to deliver mission-critical healthcare infrastructure,” said Hon Wing Mak, a Principal at Bain Capital Real Estate. “We look forward to the hospital’s growth and success as it serves the needs of patients and the community.”

This 45,000-square-foot inpatient rehabilitation hospital (IRH) is the first development completed through the programmatic relationship between Catalyst and PAM Health. This development is strategically positioned to capture referrals from three of the four acute hospitals in proximity and is operated by a joint venture between PAM Health & Bayhealth.

“We want to create long-term value for PAM Health through our deliverables,” said Alex Stacy, Chief Operating Officer of Catalyst. “From start to finish, our team works to produce outcomes that align with their mission and growth strategies.”

This one-story IRH includes 36 beds with inpatient & outpatient rehabilitation services, including occupational, physical, and speech therapy. Additionally, patients can experience a positive and healing environment in the outdoor mobility garden.

“When building a new hospital, we consider multiple factors, including the unmet need for our inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services,” said Anthony Misitano, Founder, Chairman, and CEO of PAM Health. “Our relationship with Catalyst enables us to ensure that we are bringing valuable services to an area where we can make a positive impact in the health of the community.”This development was essential to providing the greater area of Georgetown and surrounding communities with better access to healthcare. Catalyst and PAM Health will continue to create accessibility for healthcare and aim to complete another four projects together this year.
