Fant brings strategic comprehensive business development experience to ERDMAN.
Madison, Wis – Karley Fant, MBA, joins ERDMAN as the company’s new Director of Business Development. Fant’s commitment to developing both authentic and strategic relationships will help ERDMAN build a presence throughout the southeastern U.S. With experience in the AEC industry, she understands business development in healthcare systems, working with integrated delivery systems, and understands the key issues and needs facing the healthcare industry today.

Fant holds over 7 years of business development experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry, previously serving as the Regional Southeast Business Development Manager at Smith Seckman Reid, Inc (SSR). She’s committed to being a resource to the community through volunteering, education, and fostering business connections. As an advocate for advancing women in their professions, Karley has served on the Board of Directors Nashville Chapter of Women in Healthcare and is currently on the membership committee for the CREW Tampa Bay organization whose mission is to advance women in the CRE industry. Fant has served as a panelist for the AEC Power Women organization and has been active with Society of Marketing Professionals – Tampa Bay, supporting the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiative by engaging panelists to rethink recruitment to attract a diverse and sustainable talent pool. Fant was also recognized as a TBBW Up & Comer in their December 2022 issue.
