DENVER, CO (January 18, 2023) – MorningStar Senior Living, the Denver-based senior living operator and developer, has assumed management effective today of the local assisted living & memory care community formerly known as Juniper Village at Applewood Place. The community will now operate under the brand name MorningStar Assisted Living & Memory Care at Applewood at 2800 Youngfield Street, Lakewood, CO.

Owned by Bridge Investment Group, MorningStar at Applewood represents the 7th partnership between MorningStar and Bridge. The community is licensed for 65 suites in assisted living and 42 secure suites in memory care. For those with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of memory impairment, MorningStar is proud to introduce our philosophy and programming in dementia care called Lavender Sky.
MorningStar at Applewood boasts a seasoned team, several caregivers having served this community since the days of MorningStar’s original development and management.
