$3,500,000 Sale – Fairfield Advisors announced that it has facilitated the sale of 2 Tri-State Orthopedic Medical Office Buildings in Southern, IN. The buildings, totaling 12,500 square feet, are located at 4000 Country Place Drive in Evansville and 2121 Willow Street in Vincennes. The single tenant is Tri-State Orthopedic Associates which is one of the largest independent Orthopedic practices in Southern Indiana. The Fairfield Advisors team representing the seller was led by Ben Whitney and Greg Trainor.
