Former CBRE and HFF broker is now building Berkadia’s HRE/LSRE group

In her two decades in commercial real estate (CRE) and healthcare real estate (HRE), Sabrina Solomiany has amassed quite a track record for herself and the large brokerage firms for which she worked.
Just since 2014 – when she started at CBRE Group Inc. (NYSE: CBRE), spending the last four years as first VP while leading the firm’s well-known U.S. Healthcare and Life Sciences Debt & Structured Finance team – she oversaw the successful closing of transactions totaling $6.5 billion and more than 22 million square feet of space.
Prior to CBRE, Ms. Solomiany was an associate director with HFF Inc., which in 2019 became part of Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. (NYSE: JLL).
