Pineville, NC, August 4 2022 – MPV Properties (“MPV”) and Tryon Medical Partners (“Tryon”) are pleased to announce that Tryon has signed a lease for 25,000 SF at the Park 51 Center in the building that will be vacated by Blacklion in early 2023. When it is open, Tryon will relocate its current Pineville office to the new facility resulting in significantly larger space to grow and serve more patients. Robbie Adams of MPV represented the Landlord, and Amy Owen with The Coniston Group represented the Tenant.
The new Pineville office will be located at 10635 Park Road in Charlotte, directly off I-485 (154,000 ADT) at Hwy 51/Pineville-Matthews Rd. The renovation of the 58,483 SF medical office and retail mixed-use facility, anchored by Tryon Medical Partners, is scheduled to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2023.
