The Class A multi-tenant medical office building, totaling 105,000 rentable square feet, is 97% occupied by tenants including Unified Women’s Healthcare and UNC Rex Healthcare. The Medical Plaza at Rex was constructed in 2005 and is strategically connected to the birthing center of UNC Rex Healthcare hospital. Capital Associates, based in Raleigh, NC with offices throughout the Triangle area of NC and in Greensboro, developed the building in 2004-2005, managed the ownership since inception, and represented the ownership in the sale. Insite Properties and Capital Associates will be providing property management services for the property.
