CBRE U.S. Healthcare and Life Sciences Capital Markets has arranged the financing for University of Maryland Laurel Health & Wellness MOB (the “Property”), located in Laurel, Maryland on the campus of the University of Maryland Laurel Medical Center. CBRE DSF acted as exclusive advisors to Catalyst in the transaction.

University of Maryland Laurel Health & Wellness MOB is a planned four-story, ±60,000-gross square foot medical office building that will be constructed as the first phase of an approximate 400,000-square foot redevelopment of the entire University of Maryland Laurel Medical Center hospital campus. The Project is expected to be 65% pre-leased at the close of the construction loan, anchored by the University of Maryland Faculty Physicians, a 1,000 member medical group from the University of Maryland School of Medicine (Fitch ‘AA+’).

CBRE negotiated the financing with favorable terms at a highly competitive interest rate.
