Massillon, OH, July 5, 2022 — $23,250,000 Sale – Fairfield Advisors announced that it has facilitated the sale of the Cleveland Clinic Outpatient Center located at 7337 NW Caritas Circle in Massillon, OH. Fairfield represented the seller in the transaction.
The building was built in 2011 and totals 54,600 square feet. Cleveland Clinic is the anchor tenant in the Medical Office Building and provides a range of services including Urgent Care, Imaging, Sports Medicine, Psychiatry, and Primary Care. The Fairfield Advisors Healthcare team representing the seller was led by Ben Whitney and Greg Trainor.
