Scottsdale, Ariz., June 27, 2022 — July 11, 2022, marks the official groundbreaking ceremony for the Scottsdale Medical Pavilion, 7331 East Osborn Drive. Centum Health Properties will transform the building from a triangle to a rectangle beginning this summer. Completed in 1976, the building was designed by well-known architect and statesman, Michael Goodwin. In 2014, the building received the Scottsdale Environmental Design Legacy Award.
Centum Health Properties purchased the building in 2020 with a commitment to honoring the original design, while modernizing and developing Class A medical office space. Partnering with Scottsdale-based Jammon Studios, the vision is becoming reality. “The bones of this building are perfect for reusing an existing space and carrying the legacy forward. We are excited to have a presence on the campus of Honor Health Scottsdale Osborn Medical Center where we will continue the Centum mission of enhancing the patient and provider experience.” –James C. Turpen, CEO
