BROOKLYN PARK and MINNEAPOLIS, Minn., June 8, 2022 – Minneapolis-based developer Davis and Allina Health, one of the largest health systems in Minnesota with 11 hospitals and over 90 clinics, recently held an open house for 610 Medical, a newly built ambulatory surgery center in Brooklyn Park.

The Class A, 40,000-square-foot, two-story surgery center is located at 6001 96th Lane N. Allina Health is leasing most of the second floor of 610 Medical for an ambulatory surgery center.

Mark Davis, Founder and Principal of the national healthcare real estate development, investment, brokerage and property management firm, said the new surgery center is in an ideal location.

610 Medical is part of Allina’s long-term strategy to offer convenient outpatient surgery centers throughout the Twin Cities, according to Dave Slowinske, Allina Health Senior Vice President, Operations.

“Investing in ambulatory surgery centers is a critical component to Allina Health’s overall strategy to lower the cost of care while bringing it closer to our patients’ homes. We are positioning Allina Health to be the answer for all of a patient’s surgical care needs, from very complicated heart procedures to a same-day knee replacement,” says Mr. Slowinske.

“610 Medical is in a central northern location and has great visibility and accessibility to Highway 610,” says Mr. Davis. “In addition, the building tenants will have access to an attractive, growing and affluent patient base in the northern suburbs.”

The new 40,000-square-foot 610 Medical building is located in a highly visible, convenient location on Highway 610 in Brooklyn Park, Minn.
