CHICAGO, June 6, 2022 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the firm has represented an affiliate of ICA Real Estate Advisors in the sale of Mayfair Health Professional Building to CA Health & Science Trust.
Gino Lollio and Travis Ives of Cushman & Wakefield’s Healthcare Capital Markets Team along with Mike Keane at Cushman & Wakefield’s alliance partner, The Boerke Company, Inc., represented the seller. Citadel Property Advisors assisted with the transaction.
Located at 3077 N. Mayfair Road in Wauwatosa, WI, Mayfair Health Professional Building totals 51,615 square feet and is 92% leased. Tenants include Milwaukee Career College, Orthopedic Institute of Wisconsin, Athletico Physical Therapy, and Medical Diagnostic Imaging. The property was initially developed in 1984 and renovated in 2018.
Mayfair Health Professional Building sits at the intersection of Mayfair Road and Burleigh Street near Milwaukee Regional Medical Center and across the street from the Mayfair Collection, a redeveloped, Whole Foods-anchored lifestyle center. The medical office building (MOB) counts more than 306,000 residents within a 5-mile radius, with an average family income of $118,000 in a one-mile radius.
