New Facility Will Meet Demand for Top Quality Medical Office In Southern Fairfield County
WESTPORT AND STRATFORD, CONN. The redeveloped facility will also boast interior design improvements including COVID inspired enhancements designed for patient and care provider protection such as touchless foot pedals in elevators and touchless door openers. The building is located at 2909 Main Street in Stratford, Connecticut and the full redevelopment is scheduled to be completed in the third quarter of 2022. Each of Aspect Health’s redeveloped and ground up buildings have resulted in full occupancy.

• Removal of original 50-ton roof top HVAC unit and replacement with new unit
• New monument signs, property signage, interior directory and mailboxes
• New elevator cab interior
• Renovation of common areas, including existing bathrooms and stairwells with new paint, carpeting, ceiling tiles, artwork, signage, and new doors and hardware.
• New stacked stone façade features
• New roof line overbuilds to connect existing segmented metal roofing
• New insulated window glass and frames
• New aluminum address numbers
