The Portfolio consists of eight (8) medical office buildings featuring dominant tenancy and eleven years of weighted average lease term. Project Blue Spruce is 100% net-leased, with over two-thirds (2/3) of the overall tenancy comprised of Orthopedics, Oncology and Imaging, which are high demand specialties with exceptional profitability.
