Chicago, March 29, 2022 – BMO Harris Bank’s Healthcare Real Estate Finance group announces that it has closed on an $8.3 million term loan to Caddis® to acquire a medical office building located in Phoenix, AZ. The building totals 30,798K SF and is currently 100% occupied and features strong anchor tenants, Abrazo Arizona Heart Institute, an affiliate of Tenet, and Cardiac Cath Lab, an affiliate of Fresenius.
