SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., – March 28, 2022 – Cushman & Wakefield announced the firm has brokered the sale of Chauncey Lane Medical Offices, a modern multi-tenant medical and office building in north Scottsdale, Arizona. The asset totals 22,214 square feet in a single-story and was 100% leased to a roster including allergy, sleep, posture, kidney, and financial services tenants.
The property was acquired by a private individual based in Southern California for $7.85 million.
The seller was Talia Jevan Properties, Inc., which was represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s Eric Wichterman, Mike Coover and Alexandra Loye.
“Chauncey Lane is a high quality, very stable asset with a desirable synergistic mix of medical and professional office tenants,” said Eric Wichterman, Vice Chairman. “The property consists of small and medium sized suites and is also within a short distance of two major hospital campuses.”
