Josh Cooper joins healthcare real estate firm to serve Tennessee market
Atlanta, GA, March 9, 2022 – Crown Tenant Advisors, a boutique healthcare real estate firm, announced today that Josh Cooper has joined the company as Managing Director of its regional office in Tennessee. Cooper is a licensed commercial real estate broker and will be responsible for dental, medical, and veterinary tenant and buyer representation in Tennessee, with a focus on Nashville.
Cooper has been investing in commercial properties since 2017. His experience includes syndication and joint-venture commercial multifamily projects. “One of the keys to our success is leveraging market insight to find the perfect location for our clients and negotiate the best terms for them,” said Andrew Riepe, President of Crown Tenant Advisors. “Josh’s knowledge of underwriting properties, identifying growth corridors, and market analysis gives him a unique insight into property assessment. Prior to joining Crown Tenant Advisors, Cooper owned his own fundraising business, helping schools raise capital in Middle and West Tennessee, and ran the operations for a multi-national food conglomerate based in Nashville.
