SC. Situated at the southeast intersection of Fort Mill Pkwy and N Dobys Bridge Rd, this will be easyvet’s first location in the Carolinas. The 1,599 SF space, suite 106, is expected to be
complete in the 4th quarter of 2022.
With this latest transaction, The Crossing at Doby’s Bridge is now fully leased and includes tenants such as: Carolina Kids, Doby’s Bridge Pediatric Dentistry, Huntington Learning Center,
Smallcakes Cupcakery & Creamery, Fort Mill Dental and Blue Bar & Smokehouse. The final building going up on the property is a 20,000 SF Atrium Health medical office building, under
construction now.
