CBRE U.S. Healthcare and Life Sciences Capital Markets is pleased to announce the closing of the MedProperties Medical Office Portfolio (the “Portfolio” or alternatively the “Properties”), which included over 1 million square feet of healthcare real estate assets located across 12 states. Lee Asher, Chris Bodnar, Jordan Selbiger, Ryan Lindsley, Sabrina Solomiany and Zack Holderman acted as MedProperties’ exclusive advisors.

Dallas-based MedProperties Realty Advisors is a real estate private equity firm exclusively focused on investments in healthcare real estate. The firm has acquired or developed over 4 million square feet across 24 states. MedProperties closed the recapitalization transaction with Kayne Anderson Real Estate and Remedy Medical Properties through a joint venture in which MedProperties retained a minority equity position, and continues to act as the asset manager on behalf of the new joint venture. The Portfolio is 94% leased and includes a roster of high caliber tenants including 71% leased to leading hospitals, health systems and investment grade tenants.
