Wayne Medical Office Building in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. The two buildings total 33,000 square feet with one of the buildings containing a high volume Surgery Center. The tenant, Ophthalmology Consultants of Ft. Wayne, was established in 1982 and is one of the largest Ophthalmology practices in Northern Indiana.
