Senior Financing for a Value-Add Portfolio in San Antonio, Texas

CBRE U.S. Healthcare and Life Sciences Capital Markets has arranged the acquisition financing for the San Antonio Medical Office Portfolio located in San Antonio, Texas. Sabrina Solomiany, Zack Holderman, Cole Reethof, Chris Bodnar and Lee Asher acted as the exclusive advisors to Harrison Street in the transaction.
The Portfolio consists of Santa Rosa Professional Pavilion, located on the CHRISTUS Children’s Hospital of San Antonio campus, and Northwest Tower I and II located on the CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital – Medical Center campus. CHRISTUS Health (Moody’s ‘A1‘) currently leases 25% of the 343,722-rentable square foot Portfolio. Other prominent tenants within the Portfolio include San Antonio Gastroenterology, CentroMed, The San Antonio Endoscopy ASC, San Antonio Asthma & Allergy, UT Geriatrics, MagForce and Next Oncology.
