The commercial real estate market in the business district of Pinnacle Hills, Rogers is growing at a record pace, including a brand new medical office at 3720 S. Champion Drive developed by Cushman & Wakefield | Sage Partners for Advanced Orthopaedic Specialists’ (AOS) and the Northwest Arkansas Center for Plastic Surgery & Skin Care Center (NWACPS).
Northwest Arkansas is seeing a demand for Class A office space and the medical submarket is no exception. A world-class surgical center will be located on the first floor. The second floor will be shared by Advanced Orthopaedic Specialists led by Dr. Chris Arnold and David Yakin and The Northwest Arkansas Center for Plastic Surgery led by Dr. Heath Stacey.

Leasable medical office space is available on the third floor. With steel beams in place, the 45,692 sq. ft., three story medical office building will take approximately 12 months to complete. It will be leased and managed by Cushman & Wakefield | Sage Partners.
