SAN DIEGO, Calif., November 16, 2021 – Cushman & Wakefield has strengthened its healthcare brokerage services team in Southern California with the addition of Nehal Wadhwa as a Senior Associate in the firm’s San Diego offices. As a new member of Cushman & Wakefield’s national Healthcare Advisory Group, Wadhwa will be working alongside Joe Zurek who leads the firm’s local healthcare team in San Diego. She will specialize in representing clients in leasing and sales of healthcare real estate.

Wadhwa has a deep understanding of the complex and dynamic nature of the healthcare industry in San Diego and Southern California. During her professional career that spans decades, Wadhwa has helped to operate her own family medical practice in San Diego, including real estate needs, and has worked with many other medical providers and companies, advising their occupancy and expansion objectives.

Her experience includes but is not limited to, increasing productivity, improving revenue cycle management metrics, expansion and growth initiatives, creating and maintaining referral patterns and forming strategic partnerships. This combination of expertise in healthcare and real estate makes her uniquely qualified to help navigate the real estate landscape for medical groups of all sizes and specialties.
