Charlotte, NC (November, 2021) – MPV Properties (“MPV”) is pleased to announce the planned development of a new 22,000 SF Medical/Office building in Charlotte, NC. The property is located at 11210 Golf Links Dr N., just outside I-485 along the Providence Road corridor, near the highly successful Waverly and Rea Farms centers. Already signed at the building is Dr. Joel Beck, owner of Beck Aesthetic Surgery. His practice will relocate to the new building from Matthews, taking approximately 8,000 SF on the first floor.
“With the lack of available medical space in the south Charlotte submarket, and the knowledge that medical users are in the market unable to find space, we are very excited to be able to bring a new building to the market,” said Mark Newell of MPV Properties.
Bailey Patrick and Mark Newell are leasing the remaining space in the building. MPV Properties has been active in MOB development in the Charlotte region with well-located sites such as Hamptons Professional Center in Huntersville (CEENTA), Denver Medical in Denver (Novant), Marvin Crossing in Ballantyne (Tryon Medical Partners) and The Crossing at Doby’s Bridge (Atrium), among others. The building is scheduled to be complete by the end of 2022.
