Seasoned professional one of the top life science and healthcare brokers in Arizona over the last decade
PHOENIX, Ariz., October 7, 2021 – Cushman & Wakefield announced seasoned broker Alexandra Loye has joined the firm as an Executive Managing Director in Phoenix, where she will be a member of its Capital Markets and Life Science groups. Loye has been one of the leading life science and healthcare brokers in Arizona over the last 10 years.
One of Loye’s key assignments has been representing Wexford Science + Technology in the company’s highly successful Phoenix Biomedical Campus in downtown Phoenix.
Loye will be partnering with Cushman & Wakefield’s Steve Lindley in Capital Markets and with Eric Wichterman and Mike Coover in the firm’s Private Capital Group in Phoenix. Together, the four veteran brokers will advise the full range of investor clients in acquisitions, dispositions, and development of office, industrial, life science, healthcare and mixed-use properties in Arizona.

Loye is a member of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Real Estate from Arizona State University.
